What is First Aid?

When you understand first aid, you’ll gain the ability to help those in need. Trained first aid providers have a vital role in delivering this care during the first minutes of a medical emergency before advanced medical assistance arrives and take over.

Who is a First Aid Provider?

Someone trained in first aid who can recognize, assess, and prioritize the need for first aid as well as provide care by using appropriate skill competencies. First aid provider recognizes their own limitations and seeks additional care when needed.

The advanced first aid training covers first aid basics, CPR & the use of AED. The course’s main objective is to provide trainees with essential practical and theoretical knowledge about basic first aid, CPR & AED that should be provided for a person who has been injured or has become ill.
